Marketing. Real Estate. St. Louis.
I build marketing engines for real estate companies. Content, video, SEO, and the systems that run them.

I Build Marketing & Systems For Real Estate.
For Gateway Realty Group, that's the content, SEO, and lead funnels that have driven more than $50 million in closed sales volume. For developers like The Staenberg Group, it's video campaigns that tell a $2 billion project's story to exactly the right people.
It runs through Living St. Louis, the YouTube channel and media brand I built into a local institution that ranks on Google and YouTube, drives inbound leads, and builds credibility for the partners I work with.
I work with a small handful of partners I believe in. What I do isn't just content. It's strategy: storyboarding the video, writing the article that ranks, and building the systems that turn attention into trust, and trust into business. No short-term hacks. Long-term visibility, one asset at a time.

I'd rather be known well as a marketer than be well-known.
Honest content over sales pitches. Trust is earned, not given. I build for the long term, one asset at a time.
A few things I've made.
Financing: Lender Questions
- How much should I put as a down payment?
- Monthly payment at different price points?
- When does my interest rate lock in?
- Single-close or two-time close loan?
Lot Selection
- Are lot premiums negotiable?
- Which direction does this lot face?
- Any known drainage issues with this lot?
Floor Plan Selection
- Virtual tours or 3D walkthroughs available?
- Can this floor plan be expanded or customized?
Structural Upgrades
- Add a garage bay or tandem garage bay?
- Walkout vs. lookout basement?
- EV charging pre-wire in garage?

The person behind the work.
Family keeps me grounded. My mom, my brother, and my boyfriend are the center of it all, and I'm a proud dog uncle to Everest, my brother's Bernese Mountain Dog.
I live in Chesterfield, the middle ground between the city and St. Charles County. Most weekends you'll find me walking Forest Park, trying a new restaurant in The Grove, or driving through new construction just to see what's going up. I'm a gym regular and a licensed drone pilot, and I still get genuinely excited exploring the corners of St. Louis most people overlook.
